I blew off work today. Hey, technically, noone told me to be there. I did work yesterday and I'll be there a loooong time tomorrow(getting ready for inventory). I really should have gone in. They would have to pay me time-and-a-half because it's Sunday, plus, the more I work now, the more time I'd have to take off at the end of the week to keep from going into overtime. Oh well.
Finally, RAIN! Not enough to get out of drought conditions but better than nothing.
Did my usual Sunday routine. Laundromat then Barnes&Noble to read the cross stitch mags. Wow, nothing in any of the mags that I just had to stitch.
Stopped in Michael's and found a kit of two wolves to do for my son. Also stumbled upon the ready-to-finish frames. They worked great for my basket kitty duo. Covered the frames with scrapbook paper. Quick and easy.
